ASTM D1743 Lubricating Grease Corrosion Preventive Properties Testing Instrument

AIC-1743 Corrosion Preventive Properties Measuring Instrument is sutable to determiine the corrosion resistance of lubricating grease using tapered roller bearings coated with lubricating grease under humid conditions.

Working principle:Run the newly cleaned bearings coated with lubricating grease for 60 seconds ± 3 seconds under slight load thrust, so that the lubricating grease is distributed as it is in actual use. The bearing should be stored at 52ºC± 0.1 ºC and 100% relative humidity for 48 hours ± 0.5 hours, and then clean and inspect corrosion marks on the outer race of the bearing.

1. The Corrosion Preventive Properties Measuring Instrument is equipped with a set of mechanical greasers and a set of thrust loader;
2. Automatically control the running time, and automatically shut down when the test requirements are reached;
